Mike is one of the founding partners of Keystone National Search Firm, Inc. and currently serves as the company’s Executive Vice President. He is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s day to day operations, client development, candidate recruitment, financial operations, database maintenance, and staff mentoring.
Mike has been passionately involved in the real estate and recruiting industries for nearly two decades and his historical placements have spanned a wide breadth of departments to include: operations, leasing & sales, capital markets, asset/property/portfolio management, acquisitions/dispositions, development, originations, underwriting & due diligence, construction, accounting, MIS, legal, and human resources. He has been extremely successful nationally at placing mid-level to c-level managers into “mission critical” positions within the real estate industry.
During his tenure, Mike has networked with tens of thousands of real estate professionals through his regular attendance and participation at conferences, exhibitions and meetings. He is well known throughout the major associations including ULI, NAIOP, MBA, ICSC, IREM, BOMA, AGC, and others.
Prior to forming Keystone National Search Firm, Mike spent 13 years as a Senior Director for another national search firm serving the real estate industry. While there, Mike was promoted 3 times and managed a 5 member, multi-state team of recruiters. He developed and maintained accounts within the real estate industry, in addition to, participating in the daily recruitment of senior level executives. Mike was also a key contributor to the conversion and implementation of a database containing over 100,000 real estate related contacts.
He holds the designation of Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) as recognized by the National Association of Personnel Services. He is also a member of the Gerson Lehrman Group Real Estate Council.
