Superintendent

Our client is a privately held firm that develops, acquires, constructs and operates apartments nationally. They are currently seeking a Superintendent for a high profile project in Berkeley, CA.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Review and approve all project and subcontractor schedules.
- Review and approve all project sites for safety and security.
- Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and vendors.
- Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Ensure all project sites are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
Education and / or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in multifamily construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
